Liar's Handshake is currently very broken. Cross Counter does not trigger on getting hit by an enemy melee attack at all. Having the Gathering Storm super equipped seems to cause this, but even swapping to Arc Staff doesn't completely fix the problem, as it seems to still be very inconsistent. Cross Counter just refuses to function most of the times with a large variety of loadouts and setups, sometimes having to melee 3-4 times before getting the "stab" animation. Lethal Current aspect seems to add more layers of inconsistency on top of all of this, "eating" melee procs and causing Cross Counter to not go off as well. Combination Blow does the same. Liar's Handshake also seems to lose damage in PvP when stacked with Spark of Feedback, on top of causing Cross Counter to not trigger.
