Lost sectors

I have ran over 10 different lost sectors about 8 times each on helmet and ive ran 3 master of those each time and still cant get this helmet to drop is it bugged or something like please help

Nope just bad RNG. The other question is whether or not you purchased the dlc it is tied to.
