Thanks for the extra info, I will try switching melee to that later on today when I can play and see if it happens as often. Just trying to get Bungie to add this to their list of known issues and look at it, can't see it on any of their known issue lists from this or previous seasons. Happened to me so many times yesterday and really does impact gameplay when things don't work as intended.
