You read what the deluxe edition was before purchasing correct? You received what was stated, correct?

Getting the deluxe edition of a game should include everything for that following year until the next “big” expansion comes out, it’s as simple as that, I can understand having to purchase the upgrade event card etc if I only got the standard edition of the game, but the deluxe edition should grant me access to everything for that year of content

No you got exactly what you paid for. Additional items for sale are never covered and it's inexplicable how people think they are. No matter if you are F2P, standard, or deluxe, this optional cosmetic bundle is the same.

Here’s the thing, I bought the deluxe edition to have access to every season, event etc without having to pay extra, Hence forth why the event card upgrade should have been given to deluxe owners, now if they wanted everyone to purchase it then they shouldn’t call it the event card, it should be called the eververse card for solstice or something like that, but it’s called the event card, meaning it’s a part of the event, meaning I should have gotten it without paying extra, content like that should be given to deluxe owners, if not then don’t say this is a part of the event and just put it in the eververse store, simple as that

and access to it all you have. every single event has cosmetics FOR SALE, which has nothing to do with DLC or seasonal pricings. you got the card for free, are you keeping up with me here? those cosmetics are optional, you aren't entitled to them, and not having them is not going to hurt your game. people have less intelligence than a dog turd these days.

You seem to not understand, the event card upgrade is still a part of the event therefore I as a deluxe owner should have it granted to me, if they wanted me to pay extra for cosmetics then they should have not said it was a part of the event, they should have just put it in the eververse store or made it an eververse card

no, you lack understanding. what does upgrade mean, do you even know? if you do know, then you should understand upgrades come with a cost. the cosmetic bundle is an extra incentive for the upgrade but not the total of what you get. the upgrade allows for less grind to get the armor stats you want, the cosmetics are an additional bonus, and OPTIONAL. keep being angry, maybe the items will appear in your inventory over it.

It is a part of the event therefore I should have access to it, the upgrade within itself should only be for those who have not purchased the deluxe edition, it’s not the hard to comprehend that deluxe owners should only have to pay for extras from the eververse store, any and everything else should be given to deluxe owners for the year until the next big expansion

If they want me to buy extra then they need to put it in the eververse store and not separate it and brand it under the “event” if it’s branded under the “event” then I should have access to it, cosmetics that they purely want everyone to buy should have been placed in the eververse store, not the event card, since it is in the event card, It is a part of the event which means I should get access to it as a deluxe owner without having to upgrade because it is a part of the event, that’s what I mean, they shouldn’t separate cosmetics from the eververse store to be purchasable somewhere else, all cosmetics that are meant to be purchased should be put in the eververse store not the event
