[Bug] Patrol Dialogue Doesn't Play on Nessus

Name: AUDIO - Patrol missions on Nessus do not play dialogue Summary: When activating Patrol missions on Nessus, dialogue does not play even though subtitles appear as expected URL: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euEAZhWLiPw Reproduction Rate: 100% Platform: PC - Steam (Tested) / Xbox / PlayStation Description: Dialogue audio doesn't play as expected when activating Patrol missions on Nessus in any zone, for any patrol type with the dialogue audio option set from 1-10. Subtitles do display as expected if the player has them turned on. Steps to Reproduce: 1. load into any zone on Nessus via freeroam or the Director Map 2. Open ghost to show nearby Patrol mission waypoints 3. Once near Patrol mission, interact with beacon using button prompt. Expected Result: Patrol mission dialogue plays. Actual Result: Patrol mission dialogue does not play. Notes: This creates a barrier for hearing players who aren't aware of the ability to open the ghost menu in game and get a quick look at current objectives. Experienced players may not notice this issue, but newer players may become frustrated if they do not understand the objective or how to complete it.
