Don't even try with that. This is an issue that is solely on your end. The fact that you haven't even written anything official regarding this issue is offensive and disrespectful to your player base. As is your comment for us to check on our end to best optimize something that we don't have a sliver of control of. Please take time to give a proper reply that can either be helpful or informative.

If you are on a console try a wired direct connection and putting it in the DMZ. This will basically open up every single port and give full access to the internet to the device.

Not bungie issue. Otherwise every player would have the same issue. We play fine here and also am watching several streamers play with no issues
