So I claimed the prime gaming loot on the prime gaming website, and it said I successfully actived it, but when I visit Amanda in the tower, she doesn't have the prime gaming stuff which i should be able to claim there. Even after several restarts and logouts, trying to access it with different characters, or checking other vendors in the tower, I still couldn't get the prime gaming loot. I had no trouble with any prior prime gaming loot so far, just this one which includes the Polaris Lance Exotic Weapon. Is there any way to fix that? (link shows the on the prime gaming website apparently claimed reward, amanda not showing the loot, and the missing exotic weapon as example) Edit: Messaging here in the forum apparently helped, I got the prime gaming loot today. Thank you Bungie and whoever helped me with my issue! :D
