I checked on this again today and same issue. Who should I contact about this? Is the forum the absolute only way to get help?

Hello Sol Knightt, I post about this and have seen quite a few others post about this. Bungie hasn't responded to any of us in forums that I have noticed. I tried submitting a ticket to them but they said they can't help and redirected me to the forums. I have a feeling they won't be working on this or won't resolve this. Please let us know if you figure anything out. Good luck!!!

Hello. I posted an update recently on Bungie's reply here in this thread. I don't know what Amazon or Bungie did but I got my loot.

Having the same exact issue. However mine says active and not revoked. I submitted a ticket with amazon and said there's nothing they can do on their side and its on Bungies side. Let me know if you get a solid update for it to work.

I got Amazon to open a ticket for investigating the other day. As of tonight, I now have the loot available for me to grab from Amanda Holliday. Nobody let me know though, lol. Might want to log out of the game and go back in to see if you have it available too now.
