This is crosspost from a post at different forum. I believe this forum is the right place to point it out. In summary (in my case), got softlocked from getting the remaining 2 stasis fragments, and I have checked the following: 1. The remaining 2 stasis fragments are available at Exo Stranger, but I couldn't purchase them because no memory fragment. 2. Every weekly reset, I have checked with Exo Stranger to do memory fragment quest in order to get memory fragment, but she has never offered me memory fragment quest. 3. I have checked the inventory, consumables, quest archive, practically everywhere between all 3 characters, and I found NO memory fragment NOR memory quest. 4. I deleted my 3rd character, redo all the campaigns and aspects, but Exo Stranger still keep refusing to give me memory quest. 5. If you want me to check something in the game (as you did previously), my answer is no, I have checked everywhere and still no memory fragment/quest with me. My remaining 2 stasis fragments that I missed are Whisper of Conduction and Impetus. Please, please, please, help me.
