Account Hacked
My bungie name was StormAstral.
As of 1 in the morning EST, someone logged in to my account, linked some unknown PSN, changed my Bungie name and deleted all three of my characters that I have had since Destiny 1. Characters that have 5 thousand hours on them, and all the perfect rolls for all of my favorite weapons.
I am praying to GOD that Bungie has some sort of stored cache that can let these characters be recovered. It happened only about 10 hours ago, so I am hoping the data is still there. I will do anything to get these characters back. Destiny has been my personal escape from the world for 7 years. If anyone at all can help, please let me know.
I can't find a better way to reach out for help aside from posting this, so any advice on how to better reach out and get help from Bungie would be greatly appreciated.
I don't want this to be how my destiny ends.

I would strongly suggest you change all your account passwords and insure two factor authentication is enabled on each. Can I ask something... Why would someone "hack" your accounts and do what they did??? For someone to go through the trouble of hacking multiple accounts there had to be a reason.

3 RepliesExact same thing happened to me at the exact same time. I looked at the logs and noticed it came from Quebec , CA. I also had 5000 + hours.

It is highly recommended that you change your passwords on all accounts and enable 2FA if you've not already done so.
