I'm on Xbox and I've seen Steam users in my clan text chat to other Steam users, but I do not see any way of replying to them via console. I've looked through all the settings and only see stuff about allowing the chats, not replying. Along with that, how am I supposed to ask clanmates on other platforms if they want to play certain activities if there is no clan chat? How long has crossplay been enabled? ...
