Since the release of crossplay it's impossible to whisper someone on Steam from inside the game unless they're logged into the game also even if you're both Steam players. It will say 'Whisper unavailable' even if I type in their full name tag. Similarly, if someone who's not log into the game whispers me it won't show up in game but it will open a chat window on Steam. Is there a way to change this somewhere in settings? Because I looked both in game settings and Steam settings and can't find a solution.
