Please help a service member

Hello everyone! I am trying to get in contact with a bungie employee and have been trying forever. I am a current active duty military service member and I was put on a restriction from pvp modes to include gambit about two years ago (the restriction was only supposed to be 2 weeks according to in game banner) I was put on restriction because of network issues I experienced in San Antonio Texas using government provided internet while I was training for my job in the us navy. I love playing gambit and control and I can’t even unlock half of the in game content like the stasis turret without these modes, and Veterans Day just passed, so I thought maybe I’ll give it another try I’ve made a restriction appeal form but they tell me to wait out the prescribed time, but it’s been WELL over the two month restriction Because I’ve been sitting on it for about two years as previously stated. Thanks fellas.

  • If it's been that long it sounds like a perm restriction for something not connection related. Like playing with a cheater or network manipulation. Like I am sure you have been told...posting here won't help. If appeal said no then that account is going to stay restricted. Sorry bub.
