Same problem for me. Been thoroughly unsuccessful finding any support on the issue. Maybe with two of us on the same thread we stand a better chance of being noticed.

make that three of us! I followed all of the documentation here: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498571-Prime-Gaming-Support-for-Destiny-2 and still dont have any rewards. I think the current reward expires tomorrow so maybe we'll luck out and the next one will show up. But in the mean time heres hoping Bungie replies because I have had a post out here for a month with no response.
