Astral Alignment and Shattered Realm milestone not appearing in directory

I have not gotten powerful tier 2 and tier 3 even though I have opened the trove chest 9 times in 1 week
I only noticed this when I watched a stream and saw their directory
Same problem with Shattered Realm 4 champions https://i.imgur.com/csCzHhy.png
and for others https://i.imgur.com/wmNwWXf.png
I have not entered into Shattered Realm this week
All other powerfuls and pinnacles show in directory, just not these 2
