Fireteam, Team, and Local text chat is extremely inconsistent, but most of the time does not work. Typing something and then hitting "enter" to send makes the text box disappear without sending the message. Haven't seen anyone from Bungie comment on this issue. This is my third time posting about it since the start of this season.
