DLC Missing
To whomever might be able to help:
Hi there! I'm a long time Destiny player, and I am in a bit of a pickle. Apparently, my cross save was not enabled before I started Beyond Light.
On PS4, I own the Beyond Light expansion, season pass, and a few cosmetics I have purchased. However I check my pc account today, and none of my progress is there from Beyond Light.
However, on my PC Steam account, I own Forsaken, Shadowkeep, and the base game. I also have titles and some cosmetics I have purchased on there, which I now have no idea what to do with.
Is it possible to merge anything about my accounts? If I cannot merge them, I would be willing to lose one account's progress, as long as I can somehow receive credit for purchasing the DLC's. This has been very upsetting to navigate from my end, because I thought I had everything properly enabled and didn't realize something was so drastically wrong after stepping away from the game for a time.
To review, I have mixed DLC purchases and would like to know if that can be remedied in some way.

Your Season Pass can be used across platforms as long as the characters w/ the Season Pass are the active characters in your Cross Save setup. All your gear, regardless of expansions, can be used anywhere. Only Stasis requires the BL expansion.

1 ReplyI believe you should be OK if you just purchased beyond light on the PC side. Each DLC needs to be purchased separately for each system.

Dlc licences are controlled by the platform you bought it on and as such do not transfer to other platforms with cross save.

When you purchase a Dlc, you are purchasing a license to use on that platform—it is tied to your platform, not your Bungie account.
