Error code

I start the game and get error code stingray as soon as it starts I have check the game status and there are no maintenance or anything being done and I have checked my Xbox internet connection that is working and I am signed in on my Xbox live I need help please.   • it only started with the new season so something with the new season 13 is bugged and no they havent do nothing about it and really getting annoyed about it myself. Its not with our connection its on their end maybe they need to do a reset on their end or look into this further instead of telling us to check our connection and wired or unwired is used or blah blah blah lol. I think everyone has done their check list 100 times for the troubleshooting. Hope this helps a bit intill they can fix their end of issues
