I've completed the quest but now need to get kills to unlock and use the catalyst. I've attempted precision kills in Nightfall, Guardian precision kills in crucible, standard (non-exotic perk) kills in battlegrounds/strikes/IB/gambit and free roam and it seems to be very inconsistent as to what counts. I am currently level 65 in the season pass and already have the catalyst boosts but it's unknown as to what counts for these kills. If anyone else out there had this issue with a workaround I'd very much appreciate it. I'd rather not wait 6 months down the road for bungie to actually fix this, by that time I probably won't even care about the bow.
