You may also want to read through their article for more information on what actions can affect your Cross Save. Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time. Please note that this is not guaranteed that they will deactivate cross save. If they did, your Steam account will still be linked to your profile and cannot be unlinked without having to authenticate it. If you plan to cross save again after 90 days, you’ll need to move your accessible accounts to a new Bungie profile. All emblems tied to your current profile will not carry over to the new one.
