Just finished hunterXhunter
It was good... a better detailed explanation in spoiler....
[spoiler]best out of the 6 arcs was the chimera ant arc, it was rather long, but the last 2 episodes were super sad, first time I nearly cried watching something Since of mice and men....
Most characters were great, except Paterson the rat from the election arc, he can die in a hole....
The movies are not worth watching tho, they don’t 100% follow the canon....
Other wise, the series was a 8/10

1 ReplyI made it around half way into S1 before stopping for some reason and then staring about 50 other shows of which I probably completed most while a handful are still streaming or finished and I forgot them and the rest were either junk or I lost motivation like I did HxH But I'm planning to continue it

2 RepliesAh another poor soul who made the mistake of doing that. Apparently the author of that just set a record for longest hiatus and if you look at the times he’s been on hiatus due to health problems then you will see rather massive gaps compared to most other things. I can’t even remember where I left off now since it’s been so long. IIRC the author has back problems that drawing aggravates. I wonder if he would be better off drawing like once a month or less so he doesn’t release a few back to back then take a sizable portion of the year off to recover.

3 RepliesWatched it on toonami a while back only because i heard it was good. didnt excite me but i was told to keep watching. the chimara ant arc is by far the best imo. i missed a couple of episodes towards the end so i didnt get to see the whole thing. Saw it was on netflix and got up to the phantom troop robbing the auction but stopped soon after. idk its just not that entertaining as i remember it.

4 RepliesEdited by Fate: 8/16/2020 4:57:13 PMIt’s a great anime It’s sad lots of anime’s and anime games are being censored these days If it continues I will just have to gather other anime fans and start a new anime / anime streaming company That airs anime as intended no censorship or modifications No altered dubs or subs And we would make original anime games and shows that would tick people off that despise anime lol Because I respect people’s art and creative freedoms People want to whine and censor anime I’ll give them something to whine about and then laugh at their outrage I’ll even make anime’s making fun of critics We don’t need big companies to make anime for us we can make it ourselves and make it a million times better
