So i just cross saved to my xbox because my pc broke, and i had everything on there, i did it having not read the thousands of words terms and conditions and now it seems i have lost my payments, the shadowkeep and forsaken, a huge part of the game, i don’t get my money back and i lose that for no reason? Can i get some information please
