Hi all. I am having probs with my D2 and Xbox one X. It is random when it happens, freezes the console but screen still on. If I press the guide button sometimes I can get back into the Xbox home, but if I try to click exit game for D2 it just progressively lock up with the menus freezing etc. Normally I have to unplug at wall wait 5-10 mins then no probs. I did see a post that talked about some accounts not exiting D2 server when turned off. That is kind of what it is like, it remembers something from previous session so a simple restart does not work. The other part (and when I know it is going to happen) is when I click to open director it starts but goes to black screen with loading icon in the middle. If I go to quests, it has the place holders (structure of the screen) but nothing in them. If I open character, same deal, the place holders come up for all the wpns and armour but no character in the middle or detail in the boxes. Then it craps itself. So frustrating. Any ideas?
