Bugged Lighting/Shaders on Solstice Cloak (Majestic)

I've noticed a visual bug with the Solstice Cloak (Majestic). Here's an imgur link: https://imgur.com/a/IlJ3CPM The first two pictures show how the Majestic and Resplendent look different, when they shouldn't. The last two pictures show how they're actually using the same shader, which should illustrate how the Majestic cloak is actually bugged. I've applied the Amethyst Veil shader (and other similar shaders in order to test this) and it appears as though the item is shaded correctly *in the item inspect screen* and while running around in-game, but in the *Player Inspect screen*, the cloak appears grey/white/washed out. I noticed this back during the 2019 Solstice event as well, but once Shadowkeep came out, the Armor 2.0 version provided to the players had, at the time, erroneously used the 2018 Solstice appearances, which didn't have this same issue. A few weeks later, though, when the correct 2019 Solstice appearances were reimplemented, the issue returned, and it's been that way ever since. I kept expecting this to be fixed as a miscellaneous error as patches and fixes were deployed, but after checking the Known Issues thread and not seeing it there, I thought I'd bring it up. Here's two other links from this forum reporting the same thing: https://www.bungie.net/en-US/Forums/Post/253370782?sort=0&page=0 https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/253212557?sort=0&page=0 Please let me know what else I can do to help describe the issue! I'm looking forward to seeing my Hunter in all his 100%-intended frabjous glory. Thank you!
