My friend and I started last week's Nightfall about 10 or 15 minutes before reset was due to happen, figuring that we could still obtain the Crimson Days dance emote if we managed to finish the activity without going back to orbit, even if the reset occured while we were mid-activity. We did manage to complete the Nightfall on our first try and ended up finishing it a little bit after the weekly reset occured. The game rewarded us the appropriate Nightfall loot direclty from the strike in addition to auto-decrypting the Nightfall engram we would have received since we were past reset. However, we did not receive the Crimson Days dance emote like we thought we would, and that is the only thing we didn't get from completing the Nightfall. Is this lack of reward for the event intended behavior for the system or is it a small oversight / bug? Is there any way for us to receive the emote at this point or are we both out of luck until next year?
