many times, when i click it just tells me that a blizzard account is already linked to my steam account and then goes nowhere. i can see my characters on my battle.net tab on my profile section.

I’ve been pretty much having the same problem as you but I’ve pretty much given up at this rate. I don’t think they will care enough to fix something like that at this point. It’s been months since I sent out tickets with no reply’s and even made lots of forum page for it.
