No weekly reset?

I logged into my Destiny 2 today to complete my weekly challenges and bounties for this week as they’re reset every Tuesday. However, I logged in and my map displayed no new challenges for this week. I’m playing alongside with my boyfriend and his Destiny did get a weekly reset. Is there a bug going on or why am I experiencing this issue?
