Problems getting your PC to work with Destiny 2?

The saddest Cross-Save story you'll read, Bungie, what happened to you?

Destiny players this is my sad story: I have played Destiny since 2014 and I have all the passes until before the last one on PS4, this year I decided to go to PC for performance and graphics so I activated the cross-save but by mistake it was linked to my other PSN account, when I deactivated the cross-save and added the correct account it worked but I no longer had the Shadowkeep deluxe edition working, so while reporting to Bungie I decided to buy another one in steam, but my surprise is that this second purchase does not work either. Request Bungie support and they tell me that you can only buy the pass once per account and that mine is associated with the other PSN account that links by mistake and that the new Deluxe also was lost because an account can only have one pass. I hope that my case is not yours and that Bungie becomes aware that he is doing things wrong and that the players and fans of the game that lousy customer service and lack of user understanding is not the way to maintain a community. Very sad without being able to play with my clan and enjoy this new season pass. Attached to this post my account ;( of PS4 and Steam. this is the second deluxe edition: https://imgur.com/b48diMQ

  • What I gather from your post, is that when you purchased the Deluxe edition of Shadowkeep on Steam, the Season Pass was bound to the PS4 account that you had active for cross-save at that time. Only after this happened, you realized it was not the PS4 account you had intended to use for cross-save, so you deactivated cross-save. When you say that you “bought another one”, do you mean that you purchased the deluxe edition of Shadowkeep a second time, on the same Steam account? Or did you simply purchase silver, so that you could buy the season pass for your Steam characters? As deactivating cross-save puts a 90 day cooldown period on reactivation, you cannot have your preferred PS4 account already active for cross-save, so I’m assuming you are playing with characters started on Steam. To get the season pass for your Steam based characters, you would need to purchase it with silver. Unfortunately, as you bound the original pass to that incorrect PS4 account, there is no way to move it from that account. If you did indeed purchase the deluxe edition a second time, you should definitely speak with Steam support about a refund, as you cannot utilize two copies of the expansion on one account. You should be able to access all of the Shadowkeep content on Steam, and will only require the season pass to purchased for that set of characters. Again, that is done in the game, with silver, through Eververse.
