In order to unlink an account, you must be able to authenticate it, which means you must be able to log into it. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link it. I would suggest contacting Sony concerning recovering your PSN account. This will save you a lot of trouble and let you keep your current Bungie.net profile. If you are unable to gain access to your PSN account, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile. If you're trying to set up cross-save, then your only option will be to create a new Bungie.net profile and then unlink/relink the accounts you actually want to that new Bungie.net profile. Just keep in mind that if you go with the new Bungie.net profile, you will lose access to the code-granted bonuses you've redeemed on Bungie.net because those are tied to your current Bungie.net profile. • Thanks. Unfortunately, I've tried talking with Sony before, but no luck. I checked my list of codes and it was all Destiny 1, which I don't particularly care if I lose. Is it possible to completely delete my Bungie.net profile and recreate it from scratch? I'm hoping I can salvage my username if possible.

 • You cannot delete it, you can orphan it and create a new profile. What you need to do is link a dummy account to your profile, sign out of the profile using the legit account, log in with the dummy, and then you can delink the legit accounts. Then log back out of the dummy, and follow the steps to create a new profile and relink any other accounts.

 • Success! I orphaned the broken PSN account and created a new account with the accounts I want. That was easier than I expected to be. Thanks again for your help.
