Forsaken Transfer from Xbox to Steam?
So I own everything up to and including the base Forsaken dlc on Xbox and all my progress and characters are there. I just completed the transfer to PC and all of my progress and characters moved over fine. But Steam is not recognizing that I own a copy of Forsaken on Xbox. Is this correct? Do I have to purchase Forsaken AGAIN AND Shadowkeep for a full gameplay experience?

You do not require Forsaken to play Shadowkeep content however. ShadowKeep is also it's own expansion, and therefore needs to be owned on all platforms you want to play it on. D2 New Light (base game + CoO and Warmind) is already included with ShadowKeep.
