Sharpshooters far from the worst, and also far from top tier. I think PMP is in a good place for now, with my only suggested change being to increase the perks duration to get the stacks higher. X5 is actually pretty insane, but it’s rare to hit it.

So it can get it's super really fast in PvE. Great. Not terrible. But it's super is capped at 3 kills unless you shoot some adds with nighthawk, at which point you should just kill a boss instead because you only have 1 shot. Getting your super fast is boring if you barely have anything to do with it. There isn't another offensive super in the game that is capped at 3 kills or less. None of them are even capped, realistically speaking.
