I only use it for pve w/celestial. Never considered it for pvp tbh

Why would you? It's the only super capped at 3 kills in both PvE and PvE, and it's neutral game is just bad. It's only use involves Nighthawk. That's it.

Super is for destroying bosses, not for clearing adds.

So the super has one use, while every other super has multiple, and for this one use, one specific exotic is essentially required. So you're saying a super with one use and one exotic making one, singular build is okay? No. That's shallow, boring, and weak.

And tether isn't a good boss destroyer anymore too, since we have well, celestial nighthawk, tractor cannon and molten impact, i'm not disagreeing with you about doing something about the super, i'm just saying that a super that servers just one purpose isn't 100% bad

Well tether also makes orbs and immobilizes large groups of adds. It had more than one purpose. But, Way of the Outlaw does only have the one purpose, and it's neutral game is terrible. No synergy. Just perks that make the super ridiculous. But let's be real. If I came in here amd said "Buff Way of the Outlaw", how well would that be received? Everyone hating Hunters is already downvoting this post to begin with.
