Error code: Cabbage and Lettuce

Ever since bying the game back in fall last year I've had connectivity issues constantly, there has been some periods without problems, though they're few and far between. As it is increadibly frustrating to get booted out when close to finishing a lengthy activity I ask of anyones help. I've followed the steps for the error code "Cabbage": "Create a new Firewall level within your Router settings. Enable UPnP. Disable "Extended Security". Disable any "Assigned Games & Applications" settings." I did it some months ago due to being unable to play a certain story mission, so I can't even fathom why I still get the this error code. As for "Lettuce", I can't pinpoint the cause of these interruptions, and so that is also a problem. So for information that might help: I, of course, use a technicolor router, more specifically a "TG799vn v2". I am always connected to my router, though it is through wireless. 3 phones, 2 TVs and 2 computers are connected to the network. I live and am connected to the European servers. These disconnections to the servers happen often, mostly right after activities and can happen during them for lengthier activities such as story missions, strikes and so on. After an error code I usually regain my connection after 5-10 minutes or so. My default gateway is: 192.168.1.1 I've tried following the steps of this video: "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HdZzXK2B5k" Problem is, I use Windows 10 and so I can't find telnet in the "services" app, that's probably the reason for why it says "Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed" when I write "telnet *my default gateway*" into the command prompt. That's all I can think of to say, if any more information is needed, just ask. And thank you.

 • Hi WorstGuyEver. Thanks for reaching out to us and including a lot of information. We are tracking an issue with players who have Technicolor and Thompson routers and the CABBAGE error. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the security configuration on these routers and connecting to Destiny properly. Some players have found a fix for this issue by following the steps in this thread or in this thread.
