RNG was bad today.
Turning in my Iron Banner tokens before Lord Saladfingers leaves tomorrow netted me a total of 7...seven...SEVEN pairs of IB boots IN A ROW!!! Believe I'm done for the night.

Did you complete the bounty chain he gave that had 5 steps to it? I could be wrong, but I think you can only get the other armor pieces from turning in tokens AFTER completing the step that offers that piece. Took me ages to get to the helmet, and I finished within the last 15 minutes.

I returned tokens just to get 15 packages for triumph. I did not care about the gears that came from it but I am pretty sure it was bit divers. Now my mailbox is full...I can't play any game until spending 1 hour to decide what to dismantle...hate this. 1 Full EP run will make my mailbox full of crap blue gears.

3 RepliesI’ve watched YouTube videos of people turning in thousands of tokens and not getting what they were after. I’ve seen stats on Reddit and Twitter where people play hundreds of matches turning in countless bounties and tokens and not getting what they want. Bungie doesn’t respect people’s time at all. One of the best new raid weapons is Swarm Of The Raven with Spike grenades and it’s disgusting how they make it nearly impossible for many to get. It would be great if the people in charge of the garbage loot distribution would be replaced by developers who respect people’s time.

I tried scourge with my hunter last week. Didn’t earn a single freaking weapon... Just armor (I’ll add that each piece didn’t have any enhanced perks on them). Stuff like this hurts real bad. This isn’t the first time either. I have had weeks where I never earned single weapon from raiding (this was before I made a second character). I’ve been trying for the curated auto rifle and bow in last wish to no avail after I believe 29 completions, and a decent rolled no feelings (box breathing/rapid hit (pvp), rapid hit/rampage (pve)) in scorge (curated rolls in scourge nearly never drop for me. It took me forever to get my first one, the tempered dynamo, and I only recently earned the curated threat level. I still really want the curated bellowing giant). Stuff like this severely hurt my motivation to try... I want anarchy and tarabah and so much other good things from raids, but you can only try raids once per character, per week. Doesn’t feel good at all.

I don't really bother with ib but has built up some tokens from doing pvp quests etc. Handed them in last night and got each weapon in order, is that supposed to happen?

Yep destiny rng at its best I got 30 pairs of boots when doing my warlock 😂 to be honest I could set up a stall in the tower and sell them. The thing with destiny 1 and 2 the game is like a lucky dip
