Ok just to make some things clear novawarp deserved a nerf it was too powerful but now it's useless and warlocks have very little good roaming supers seen as stormtrance doesn't last and is incredibly slow Novawarp is a super that's supposed to be fast and have big hits but now sure it's fast but does almost no damage I propose it's damage is buffed but it's radius is kept smaller than pre nerf (Decrease the cost of stormtrance blink)
