Make it so it connects 3 people before launching Black Forge! Me and my friend tried to play, but 5 out of 6 times we only get 2 people, and fail.

Happened to me and my mate also a few times. Today we joined some random guy who was playing alone and had 10 sec. left... i mean... putting him alone into the forge wtf? even though we still made it, id rather wait a couple min. than going alone or in a group of two through the forge.

It will not match you with anyone because of the matchmaking restrictions in place. It tries to put players of similar power levels together and you are so below the base threshold, there's simply no one in your bracket.

You've got to have higher power. Mostly because your teammates need you to contribute, but also because you get teammates based on your power.

I've been grinding izanami for the perfect blast furnace, I'm 650, and today I got thrown in BY MYSELF and by the time two others spawned in the timer was already almost up. Then a couple of other times there was only 1 other who person spawned in with me. I was pretty annoyed.

*Look at light level* *Looks at ´Black Forge* … I know about being carried (got carried myself but at 600 Power and held my own) but that’s just ‘hide in a corner and do nothing’ You’ll need to level up because the enemies go up to 625 Power With too much of a difference, you’ll do 0 damage

Edited by Mercury: 2/18/2019 5:05:17 AMThe game tries to match you with players of your light level. I don’t think any player around your level are trying the forge mainly because of difficulty. If I were you id level to about 620-625 then try again. Hope that helps!

It does connect 3 people. But chances are, someone drops out mid way flying in. Most people only forge once. No reason to farm consistently unless you're farming lore.

I think the reason for this problem has to do with how quickly the time between matches is. Occasionally I'll take too long dismantling blues and inspecting forge weapons that I'll accidentally load into a new forge ignition. I feel bad about doing it, but I just have to back out. I think we just need more time between forges. We need more time to look at our loot.

i’m a 650 hunter that grounded my ass off to get the stupid izanami forge unlocked and as soon as i get to it with the blast furnace quest i wait a minute and get put in by myself 10 times in a row this game deserves to be taken over by apex, bye destiny

What about the streamers that want to 2-man the forges? They get priority over you, lowly majority customers.

I know right. I can understand when in person leaves it taking to find someone, but why in god name does in launch with two people. Frankly I think it so we have a higher chance at failing lol. Will make us keep trying that damn activity until we get three. I’m inside ring bungie is doing everything except adding decent sized content to increase playtime I wouldn’t be surprised.

It already connects 3 people before launching the problem is your light the matchmaker is trying to find people around your light which quite frankly is way to low to be doing forges

Yeah, you really shouldn't be touching forges for a while. I should barely be doing volunder, and even then not unless someone wants to carry me through it. [spoiler]Although it felt like I was carrying the two people I tried it with since no one else knew how throw batteries it seemed. But none ofnmy business. Just the most stressfull fee seconds of my month.[/spoiler]

This was a problem at launch. There were occasions when I would start the forge solo.

You're way to low dude, you need to be 610. It matches with a certain power bracket, there's no one else dumb enough to go in at 568, no offence.
