Except that I have. You can do the math yourself. Luna’s Howl does 39 body and 57 crit normally. With Magnificent Howl active it hits for 88 body and 131 crit. Crit shots: 131 / 57 = 2.2982.... so ~2.3x Body shots: 88 / 39 = 2.2564... ~2.3x People say 2.3 because the rule in math is to round up according to the second digit after the decimal. Which are both above four, otherwise they would round down. Swap it the other way, just so you see, and you get 57 * 2.3 = 131.1 so ~131. 39 * 2.3 = 89.7 so it would round up to 90. Still hella closer to 88 than if you multiplied by what YOURE saying, 130% or 1.3. That would make a crit shot 74 damage, and a body shot 51. Which isn’t the case unfortunately. So, try again.

Yeah and it's be fine if you said that but by that logic kill clip is 150% not 50. You're adding in the baseline damage of 100% to one and not the other. Obvious bias.
