There is no way to actually get technical support from bungie. I've spent weeks trying to get help and managed to get the beginnings of a dialogue going by sending someone a direct message but that's not working anymore. I have done everything I can. I've called my ISP, I've followed everything on the error codes page, I've tried random fixes online. Nothing has worked. Since the black armory update, I cannot play the game. It's frustrating and I feel like nobody actually cares

I think the hard thing about it is the fact that they are now understaffed with the split and they deal with millions of players ya’know. They do a lot but they need to hire more help with technical and community issues.

thats bungie customer support for you, they say if you need to report a bug or require in game assistance they say post it on the forums but they -blam!-ing do nothing about it lazy dogshit company

My annual pass was broken and Microsoft had nothing to do with it. A Bungie employee actually replied. TRUST ME. You don’t want that. Unless you like employees that guess things that make no sense then ignore you when you use logic. Then Bungie da best!
