No, the season pass was the pass containing Curse of Osiris and Warmind. The annual pass is the pass containing Black Armory, Joker's Wild and Penumbra.

From what I've seen, you can't buy CoO and Warmind unless you buy Forsaken. But like I said at the beginning of the text body, I bought Forsaken + Annual Pass Bundle, which is a bundle that includes exactly what it says

The legendary edition comes with forsaken and the season pass, not the annual pass. You most likely bought that one. The other one is the deluxe edition which comes with forsaken and the annual pass.

There's an edition on Battle.net that's literally called Forsaken + Annual Pass Bundle. I have the receipt for what I bought and it's the Forsaken + Annual Pass Bundle.
