Hunters without capes and/or hoods??
Is there a legendary hunter cloak that DOES NOT have a cape? Or hood? Or both?
They look stupid af, and we should all know what happens to supers that wear capes. js

Sorry not at the moment. And who knows if there is ever gonna be. Forsaken going strong and no legendary cloak without either cape or hood. Only one that there is, is the common one that you get from the start of the game. However with collections ingame now you can get it with 580 light. That I am currently using. because I dont like capes.
