ReSpawn started doing that for TitanFall 2's Co-Op Horde mode Frontier Defense. If you fail a round, you repeat it until either that happens 3 times or you beat all 5 rounds. Then they would stick you with asshats who would plant their Titan beside the Harvesters and then run around the map shooting at Titans in Tick (basically exploders that take a tonne of bullets to knock down, who can jump huge vertical or horizontal distances and insta kill even a glancing encounter when they explode) heavy areas, dying over and over and over. I just Quit playing the game, because 70% of my matches were with morons that don't care if they win or use their Titans and I refuse to play in games where they wasted my time repeating rounds we should have won and then being be banned because of their idiocy.
