Destiny lost an amazing Titan last night

Last night the Dawnbreakers brotherhood and Destiny lost an amazing Titan. Deriss, aka Joshua Foley, was a military vet, Titan master class boss, Dawnbreakers admin, and information guru. Deriss joined our clan during Destiny beta days on Xbox One and has been a part of our clan ever since. Even when Destiny lost its light we still journeyed as a group of friends across many other awesome worlds until Destiny brought it back. Deriss you were our clan’s pragmatic leader and resident smart guy but we enjoyed every moment of your life you were willing to share with your brothers. Deriss took his life after facing many battles both inward and outward. If you see a loved one struggling don’t let them fight the darkness alone because we don’t leave fireteam members behind. Deriss.....Josh, although Destiny brought us together you’re presence and joy helped make us a family. We love you brother. Eyes up, Guardian.

  • R.I.P to Derris/ Josh Another human lost to suicide is saddening for those who knew him and for those who feel empathy for him. Beileid to his family and his friends. I’ve never had to experience a friend of someone I personally know killing theirselves, but it isn’t something we shouldn’t and don’t want to ever go through, I can only imagine his family and friends sadness from the lost a family member and a friend to those in his life. As I’m typing this I legit feel hurt reading your post and thinking about someone killingn theirselves, I’ve always thought of suicide as a meme because that is just who I am, but when I hear that someone killed their selves it reminds me how much it emotionally hurts those who knew and loved him. R.I.P to Derrish/ Josh, Beileid to his family and friends and all those who feel empathy for his death.
