Been noticing a lot of issues in public events since the last update specially where heroic triggers are concerned.. Examples: Mercury PE: Second set of platforms/crystals not spawning after destroying the first set. Always seems to happen on the left side of the map if you're looking from Vance's room. Nessus Vex PE: Captured all 3 points, no heroic trigger. Mars Wizard/Ogre PE: 2nd Crystal cannot be destroyed (always the one on the left side) to trigger heroic. Titan: No PE seems to be spawning at all on the Rig. Just the few I've noticed but they are pretty consistently bugged/broken. This is on PS4.
