Where do I go to LFG if the recruiting tab is gone, HELP
I can’t create any groups for anything without this recruiting app

The legacy Find Fireteam tool has been removed and the new Find Fireteam tool has been launched. On the website you can find it under "Find Fireteam" and on the app you can find it under the "Fireteams" tab.
