If rocket launchers can have a cluster-bomb perk then LMG's should have a perk that penetrates Knight shields.

Yeah, there was one in D1... I think it was from the Crota Raid, that could penetrate Hive shields which was super nice. That perk in general would be nice to have back on weapons because sometimes damn Knights throw their shields up constantly and it's really annoying.
