It would make sense for the energy slot to be a sidearm/smg for close quarters. This was the original intention of the dual primary system. Having 1 long range option with a close quarters weapon.
With a modifier named " Arsenal", Im expecting something along the lines of random loadouts. Random as in your 540 pulse kinetic changes into a different 540 pulse kinetic on the fly. Really tests the limits of your arensal? *shrug*

Question then would be if Arsenal is making use of all your own Weapons in your own Vault and Inventory or only from all, in this Case Pulse Kinetics, you are carrying on your character atm when the Modifier is tickin on you? Or is just giving you Kinetic Pulse Rifles by a magic Transmat into your currently used slot for the timebeeing in the Raid encounters?
