Also, what sense would it make to care only about streamers, most of the population are just gamers who like to play. Seems to me that only caring about streamers would probably be a bad business decision.

Again, the 40% THEY EXPECTED to get it...obviously, if 40% got it, it wouldn't be ALL streamers. I know only 1% got it and likely many of those are streamers. However, if 40% obtained it, a lot of those people would not be streamers, so they weren't simply trying to give a bunch of streamers the gun according to what they thought would happen. Side note: I wish people wouldn't make "streamers" such a big deal, they aren't all pro players lol...anyone can be a streamer if they want, they may just not be able to make a living as one.
