Really? D1 was insane dude. Like unbelievably bad. You don't need to do much digging to find that. Feels like D2 never gets as grotesquely bad with getting shot through walls or your super not registering as hits. But it's still not good. In Titanfall it overwatch or BF I never shoot someone and not have it do damage. It's a regular occurrence in D2. Bungie is one of the world's largest developers backed by type worlds largest publisher and a tremendous budget. It really is reasonable to ask for dedicated servers. Connection in pvp games isn't the place to save money. Find efficiencies elsewhere. Connection must be good.
