I don't actually know why anyone is still complaining

Whilst I understand why the community is dissatisfied, everyone on these forums knows the state of the game. We all know the power fantasy is dead. We all know the weapons and armor are lacklustre (no random rolls or raid specific weapon and armor perks or strike specific loot). We all know rewards aren't proportionate to the activities you do (Prestige Nightfall as one example). We all know about the XP throttling. We all know about the re-skinned weapons and armor. We all know about vault space (or lack of it). We all know about broken armor that still hasn't been fixed (looking at you Hunter's). We now all know about the Faction Rally issue. I could go on and on... But I'm working up to something. Knowing what we all do, why are you still complaining? The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. So after all the complaining, has anyone seen a different (as in better) outcome? I mean, if you get a bad meal somewhere and you complain about it, and the establishment doesn't do anything to remedy the situation, do you go back there to eat again?... You may think "Ahh, it's just a one off", so you give it one more crack... But then the same thing happens, and you encounter the same response from the establishment. Do you go there again? No, of course you don't. Or, if you do decide to punish yourself again, at the very least you know that you will probably be disappointed, and therefore you adjust your expectations to suit. Well, we're in the same position here Ladies, Gentlemen and Apache Attack Copters. We're in a tough situation in that we care about the franchise (don't kid yourself haters, you care too otherwise you wouldn't be here), and as far as shooting aliens in the face goes, Destiny ticks a lot of boxes. But there comes a point where carrying on like a pork chop no longer has any impact, and becomes detrimental to your happiness. I log in mainly to run Prestige Nightfall's, do a few things for powerful engrams, then I just walk away. I just do things I still have fun doing, and ignore the rest. We need as a community to be better at letting go, because the more you stay engaged with the game (forum edition included), the more it shows Bungie you're still interested. Think about that for a minute. I see the irony in this post, but maybe just stop yourself the next time you want to log on, or post something. If someone is mad at you, and they keep yelling and yelling, do you continue to pay attention? No. If someone is mad at you and gives you the cold shoulder, it stings a bit more... Doesn't it? I think we're flogging a dead horse at this point... I'm a big Destiny fan, but even I know when enough is enough. I wish you all well Guardians.
