Why I Believe that Destiny 2 Has Gone Down the Crapper

Hey guys, Michael, Vsauce here. No, I'm not the legendary Michael from Vsauce, but I am some frustrated 7 year-old "cry baby" like the rest of you. Also, I had to post this a question just to get some 27 year-old read this far and return to the last page. I feel like I should get everything off of my chest, and say what I feel is wrong with Destiny 2. Alrighty, here we go, right into the news. *sigh* Really? I just said that? Ugh. First things first: the absoloutely "amazing", yet underwhelming story line that we were promised. Basically you all know the lyrcis to the song; the Tower is attacked by some fancy-pants red suit space turtles and you get defeated, forcing you to flee the Tower. Dare I say, "long story" short, and we defeat the Red Legion by killing their commander, Dominus Gary. You felt accomplished after the 3-4 hours you just spent on that, but somethings missing. As I did, you probably felt that there wasn't really an ending. Our lord, Bungie then promises us a bright future ahead of Destiny 2 in December, but here we are; Christmas and still dark as night. Another thing that really gets me going is the cut-scene we are presented at the "end of the game". So, the traveler re-awakens, and it shows light blasting through the solar system, but wait; what's that? It's some pyramid-looking spaceship followed by what seems are hundreds of them. (This is when stuff hits the fan, guys, but you already know this) Remember that bright future our lord and savior Bungie promised us? Well, they promised us it had come. On December 5, 2017, Curse of Osiris was here; the "fix" for the game. We were all like "Holy gee-willickers! It's here; the fix!" Then Bungie punched us right in the face. When the Eververse Engram released, also called a Destiny-style DLC released, it fixed nothing. It never explained what those pyramid ships were, and it never explained why the Red Legion are still here; aftrer all, they should've left, right? Right? The breathtaking whopping 8-whole "mission" story line was awful with it's 2 boss fights. Not to mention the actual enemy of the Eververse Micro-Transaction never even really fought you. You basically watch Osiris and it fight. So, once again, our 7 year-old hero (You), dissapointed as ever, feel like quitting the game. Me too. Bungie, please have your automated message read this, it would ever bring me joy to see this time wasted. This was only two topics I covered, even though there are more I would rant about, but I'm tired. Well, enough social-interaction for today, see you all when the next grand Eververs Micro-Transaction releases. Oh, Yeah! 0/10 potatoes.
